VIDALIA, LA – Professional Rehabilitation Hospital, L.L.C. d/b/a/ Promise Long Term Acute Care Hospital, will be under new ownership and management. With an expected closing before April 30, 2019, Sentry Concordia LLC, will become the new majority owner of the hospital, under the management of SentryCare, Inc. Once the transaction closes, the name of the hospital will change to River Bridge Specialty Hospital. Dr. Randy Tillman, one of the founders of the hospital, will remain a minority owner and assist in the management of the hospital.

SentryCare was founded in 1993 by Chris Cheek, a native Mississippian. Mr. Cheek noted: "We are proud to continue our involvement in the health care continuum in the Miss-Lou area. SentryCare has always been committed to quality health care services and we look forward to working with Dr. Tillman, the medical staff, and other local providers to ensure the ongoing success of the hospital." "I have met with Mike Harrell, CEO and his leadership staff" -- "What an impressive and dedicated group!" "We are certainly honored to be a part of the team."
